Clixgalore Pays, 2 Months To Late.

So I’ve been promoting some merchants on the Australian Clixgalore affiliate program since December.

I generated over $2000 in commissions over December & January and have only just been paid. They have some good merchants to promote, but my experience on the whole has been quite negative.

Their terms state they pay 14 days out on a monthly cycle, but this never happened. Their customer service really sucks. That’s ok I guess, so do a lot of online services. But when you send 3 emails from within their control panel and never get a reply you start to worry…

So I ended up calling them and I was able to speak with someone who told me they would pay me asap. 2 weeks later and several emails later I was still waiting to get paid. Emails took at least 1 week to get a response.

So I stopped emailing and started calling again ( I understand phone calls put a signficant load on your resources and shouldent be abused, but if you dont reply to your emails then what can you expect? )

For over a week I was put through to my affiliate managers voice mail, hung up on and generally redirected. He never called back.

Finally I received a call back on Feb 27th. 2 months after my first payment was due and I got paid.

So the point of the story? I was riding a cash cow and generating over $300 in commision a day, but I pulled out because payment was late.

Actually I didn’t pull out because payment was late, I pulled out because their customer service made be worry.

Will I promote Clixgalore again, now I’ve verified they pay? Maybe… The only reason is because they have some good merchants to promote, otherwise I would not even consider it again. I’ll let you know if I try them again.
